Windows 11 is getting an Age API to consistently detect how old a user is

Microsoft is adding a Windows Age API to Windows 11, letting apps access age ranges and verification status for safer, age-appropriate experiences.

Family safety and the delivery of age-appropriate experiences in Windows 11 have become a major topic for Microsoft recently. The company has explained how it has improved its parental controls for Windows 11, and some new documentation spotted by us also indicates that the OS may start to age-gate certain features soon. The Redmond tech giant has now formally announced that a new Age API will be baked into Windows 11 soon.

Another step towards fully controlling us by breaking us down into detectable age groups and monitoring which groups they need to considered as being the group most likely to become a problem for them. No need to Target the whole Population when a smaller section can be isolated.
