What’s the First Package You Install on a Fresh Linux Setup?
When you install a fresh Linux system, what’s the first package or tool you normally install?Not something that comes with the distro already — something you personally consider essential.
For me, learning Linux has made me realise how quickly you build up your own little collection of useful tools. Things like htop, curl, git, nano, rsync or even something completely different depending on what you use the machine for.
