Unable to Edit post

I can't edit my comment or I can't see how too

Click on the 3 dots to open drop down option.

It might be a time issue thing as a post i posted this morning does not have that option. It could also be that most of us are new members to the forum and need greater privileges to be able to edit our posts.

As a "New member" it may be different to "Member" or "Active member" status that some forum members have now achieved.

So just a time limit issue as per my earlier post Sure it will be looked at in due course but more pressing forum issues to be addressed first.

5 Mins from time of posting then it disappears
VIP Upwards get unlimited edit time.

I dont YET as have to post more crap as time limit might have been under 20 mins and i was able to edit it once and added to my post but second time edit failed. Only 3 dots i might have be on dirty laptop screen or glasses and not seeing stars yet.

Its a 5 min time limit it is there to correct errors.

The reason it just 5 mins is to stop the content of the post been permanently deleted. It happens folk get the hump and go a delete info they made in posts.

Ah okay as another forum in Ireland gives you 24 hours to edit it as i have just added an extra post so no big deal then as thought it was me again.
