To get free travel. I'm not receiving any money whatsoever at the moment and live on a hill. I can just about make it to the shop and back on foot.

If it helps, most bus companies in Wales, the drivers do not check the photo ID on the card. The card is presented to a reading terminal at front of bus. You know someone who can lend you a card or apply for one?

@Dar1437 - Think about getting an electric scooter. Seriously, i've one, and I blip about places all the time on it. I've a Xiaomi one, but you get get these other ones that are much faster! You'll be alright down the hills from where you live, but it'll be a bitch getting back up the hill tbf.
