Microsoft has published new Evaluation ISOs based on Windows 11 26H2. These are free to try for a limited time of 90 days.
Towards the end of last month, Microsoft pushed Windows 11 version 26H2 to the Release Preview Insider channel which means users can now try out the upcoming feature update. In fact, you can also do so on an unsupported PC as third-party software like NTLite, which allow bypassing the system requirements, already officially support Windows 11 26H2.
Following that, Microsoft has now began publishing evaluation ISOs for testing too which are now available for downloading from Microsoft's servers. If anyone is not familiar with what they are, evaluation ISOs, as the name suggests, are essentially meant for enterprises and businesses to try out the new feature update. This is a free 90-day trial which requires no activation, although Microsoft does not recommend this for home use for obvious reasons as it is simply not meant for personal uses. Evaluation ISOs are mainly for IT professionals who wish to evaluate the suitability and readiness of their respective environments for the upcoming Windows 11 26H2 release.
The ISOs that are being offered are based on the latest KB5129195 OOB update (build 26300.9457). Microsoft has already updated the Media Creation Tool with this so if you are a home user, you are better off going this route, although to satisfy your curiosity, you could certainly try out an evaluation ISO too, to see what it's all about:
