Kodi on an old Android box

Ok, so we all know that most boxes and sticks running Android 5 and below are now struggling to run most modern apps, I was wondering if anyone still ran Kodi 17 and if there are any repositories that still have decent content, especially ones that are good for sport?

Update: Well I tried v17 and after having a few addons fail I decided to try v21.3 arm7 which is working fine. I would still like to know if anyone knows of a good sports addon though. I tried mbebe repo but the sports addons were a no go.

@sneaker I use The Loop occasionally for catchup and there is also Mad Titan and The Crew but I haven’t tried them tbh.

They all do pal. I use The Loop for sport catchup but it also has live sports as well but I use others means for that ; )

It is only to still get some use out of the old mk2 Firestick, most of the decent apk's won't work on Android 5 anymore apart from CinePlus.

have you got a http: location for starfleet @NoodlesJoe, that way I can do it from in Kodi, I wouldn't know how to put that repo over to the firestick Kodi. I usually use the kodi file manager to dl from a web address.

I suppose I could upload it to Mega and use the share link, I will give it a try.

Well starfleet works fine, it does like using torrent sites though . At least there are some good embeded links as I don't use a vpn on the 2nd gen.

Installed all the others and seem to be working fine cheers again @Avid and @NoodlesJoe and @Unison.
