Google Analytics – Does Anyone Use It for Their Website or Forum?
I've recently started having a look at Google Analytics and what information it can provide about visitors to a website.I'm still very new to it, but it looks quite useful for seeing things such as:
- How many people are visiting
- Which pages are getting the most attention
- Where visitors are coming from
- Whether people arrive through Google searches or other websites
- How long people spend on the site
Does anyone here use Google Analytics on their own website, blog or forum?
If so, which parts do you find the most useful?
And are there any particular reports or statistics that are worth keeping an eye on when you're first starting out?
Interested to hear how others use it and whether you think it's worthwhile.
