The problems we will deal with in this section of the forum:
1) Server problems like connections, timeouts, bugs in the forum running software.
2) Upgrades to our software and suggestions.
3) Errors that the forum site may have.
4) Account and associated functionality.
5) Site downtime.
6) Maintenance schedules (we will let you know here first)
7) Requests for new forum sections.
8) Polls on server based surveys.
The Problems we will not deal with here:
1) Anything not in the list above.
2) Member complaints about anything not server related.
3) Member vs Member disputes.
4) Member vs Staff disputes.
All other requests belong in the relevant forum section. Also, please review the Help section before posting your feedback
We might adjust the above list from time to time so please give this information a glance before posting and irrelevant posts may be removed without notice.
