Hey everyone...

Just spent the last 1 1/2 hours with them about charging me p&p for items packed in the same parcel...
After sometime, 3 assistants, 1 supervisor they gave in.
Annoyingly they gave me a gift voucher instead of the money back to my bank, which means I have to spend it with them

Anyone else had a similar problem or is there a loophole of getting items packed together and saving on multiple postage...

The amount of money they must be making doing this!!!

I had similar a few weeks back so I rang them back and asked them to cancel the Gift Card and refund the money and they did no prob, not that I am praising Amazon, cos I'm not but worth a shout if you persist.

Will let it slide for now, just annoying how they get away with doing this...

Yes as i sent a return weighted blanket back to keep cold and it kept me warm so no use to me and awaiting payback via original payment which i must ch eck again.
I sent them a photo of postal receipt for 16 euro but could not refund it back to original payment and i complained VERY LOUDLY i might have to cancel my account
Credited 2 months of prime and 17.98 to original payment
No arrival yet as still waiting as asked for email delivery confirmation.

I dont get charged for p and p as i have a prime account
Some things you buy could be from an outside account and then charged .

If i buy 6 items they could have different delivery dates and will come on different days . The ones coming on same day are in the same box.

I would assume heavier box would be a bigger price and not prices combined.

Ordered same time/day, one box other items inside one box...

Sometimes your items are not always stocked in the same local Amazon warehouse so get packaged and delivered to a hub (Out for delivery) awaiting order fulfilment / processing for delivery at same time to you. Hence, separate packaging.

Amazon for me sometimes leave me scratching my head as was waiting on a payment of my blanket and sent back for refund so should show up in next for days
Bonus bit was the refund for delivery as been a Prime member no delivery charges
9 pounds back is very nice to original payment and previously 2 months free prime and gift card money. WIN WIN.
